PI62921: UNEXPECTED INZI330E DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED

APAR status

Error description

• An unload fails after having issued a message such as INZI330E
  DYNAMIC ALLOCATION FAILED and system mesages such as IKJ56231I
  TEXT UNIT X'nnnn' CONTAINS INVALID PARAMETER where nnnn is one
  of the following:
  - 8004 which stands for "the storage class of a new SMS-managed
    data set."
  - 8005 which stands "the management class of a new SMS-managed
    data set."
  - 8006 which stands "the data class of a new SMS-managed data
    data set."
  This can occur when files to be handled by DB2 HPU are allocated
  according to a TEMPLATE statement that specifies either of
  STORCLAS (nnnn=8004), MGMTCLAS (nnnn=8005) and DATACLAS
  (nnnn=8006). This condition is required for the issue to occur
  but is not sufficient. Note that the more allocations are done
  from TEMPLATE statement, the more likely the issue occurs.
