Troubleshooting
Problem
In Planning Analytics for Excel, when double-clicking a cell having a SUBNM formula, the Subset Editor opens as a blank window with a script error in it : "." expected http:///prism/js/dashboardAuthoring.js
Resolving The Problem
-In Excel, click "File" / "Options"
-Click "Trust Center" then "Trust Center Settings"
-Click "ActiveX Settings" and uncheck the "Safe mode" option
-Restart Excel
(Once done, it may still work even after enabling this option again)
-Click "Trust Center" then "Trust Center Settings"
-Click "ActiveX Settings" and uncheck the "Safe mode" option
-Restart Excel
(Once done, it may still work even after enabling this option again)
