Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 might occur if an UNLOAD PLUS unload statement
  containing an "INFILE ddname INCREMENTAL" clause followed by
  other keywords other than the SELECT keyword.

Local fix

• Remove INCREMENTAL.
  (Unlike UNLOAD PLUS, HPU does not distinguish the type of IC)
