Question

Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.22 and 2.0.23 for Windows Server 2016 have been removed from from the IBM Fix Central. The only currently available version of Planning Analytics Workspace available for Windows Server 2016 is 2.0.21.

Answer

A problem has been identified with the upgrade process between Planning Analytics Workspace versions on Windows Server 2016 that prevents content developed in Planning Analytics Workspace to migrated to the newer version. This problem does not affect upgrades for the general release of Planning Analytics Workspace that are available for Windows Server 2008, 2012, or Linux. This problem also does not affect the backup and restore functionality used to migrate Planning Analytics Workspace content between environments or versions.

IBM does not recommend upgrading from Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.21 to 2.0.22 or 2.0.23 for the Windows 2016 version only. Please contact IBM Support with any questions or concerns regarding this statement.

Planning Analytics Workspace 2.0.24 will be the next version of Planning Analytics Workspace that will be made available with both a general release and a Windows Server 2016 specific version.
