PI57987: LOOP IN RUNTIME CAPTURE STEP FOLLOWING A CHECK DATA UTILITY

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the Runtime Capture step (Program HAA#BTMP) is generated
  following a Check Data Utility, the step will loop and the
  job will have to be cancelled.  The Runtime Capture step is
  generated if the Job Profile parameter 'Capture run times
  for Load Balancing'  is set to Y.
  The capture of runtimes is not supported for Check Data.
  This APAR will suppress the generation of the HAA#BTMP
  step following a Check Data utility even if the Job Profile
  parameter is set to Y.
  

Local fix

• Set Job Profile parameter 'Capture run times for Load Balancing'
  to N.
