Error description

• DB2 HPU now supports the UNLOAD PLUS CNTLCARDS DB2 where it
  formerly ignored the feature and notified the user via INZU027W
  CNTLCARDS DB2 NOT SUPPORTED, WILL USE CNTLCARDS DB2LOAD INSTEAD
  and completion code 8.
  
  The ability to generate the DDL of the unloaded table is also
  available via the DB2 HPU native syntax with the new keywords
  LOADDDL TABLE.
