Error description

• During Admin Tool customizatiom, job ADBBIND is getting SQLCode
  -440 on all: TOKENS=PROCEDURE SYSPROC.ACCEL.....
  This is OK if DB2 Accelerator (IDDA) is not installed. This
  APAR will update the JCL to indicate this error can be ignored
  and DB2 Admin Tool User Guide will also be updated and include
  instructions on what to do if IDDA feature is installed after
  DB2 Admin Tool customization.

  *                      DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA)        *

  When IBM DB2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) is not installed,
  the ADBBIND job fails with errors SQLCODE=-204 / SQLCODEN204
  and SQLCODE=-440 / SQLCODEN440 for the IDAA tables and
  procedures that do not exist in the DB2 catalog. In this
  situation, the user can not determine whether these SQL error
  codes can be ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• Some comments are added into the SADBDENU job ADBBIND to
  introduce how to handle SQLCODE=-204 / SQLCODEN204 and
  SQLCODE=-440 / SQLCODEN440 for the IDAA tables and procedures.
  The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Users Guide is also
  updated to introduce how to handle this situation.
