Problem
Unable to associate work order with feature class.
Symptom
| Steps: 1 Create a work order, Save the record. 2 Go to the Map tab, click on the Edit tool on the toolbar. 3 Click on a status. For example, click the WAPPR status 3 Click somewhere on the map to add a feature 4 GIS.workorder dialog box pops up. But WONUM field is not populated with the work order number. 5 Close the GIS.workorder dialog. It just loads forever. No marker shows on the screen |
NOTE: In an out of the box environment, we get a marker after closing the GIS.workorder dialog box in step # 5 above.
