Problem
Below error is observed when testing the Data servers in Cognos Analytics. Error : DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no conenctions to the process available within the configured time limit
Symptom
Cogserver.log shows below error messages:

Cause
The value of the property: disable-blocking-filter has no value set. in the file : <cognos install dir>/wlp/usr/servers/dataset-service/bootstrap.properties
Resolving The Problem
1. Stop Cognos services.
2. Take a backup of the file: <cognos install dir>/wlp/usr/servers/dataset-service/bootstrap.properties
3. Edit the file: <cognos install dir>/wlp/usr/servers/dataset-service/bootstrap.properties and set the value of the disable-blocking-filterto true and save the file.
After edit, your file should look as shown in below screen shot.
4. Start Cognos services.
