Error description

• The dropdown to select applications participating to a release
  does not paginate well when the number of applications already
  participating exceeds 20 for a release. It shows "loading" and
  clicking on the application loaded could actually select a
  completely different application. The workaround is to type the
  name of the application manually in the dropdown and select it.
