Error description

• If 2 reservations created for 2 different releases are
  overlapping for the same Release Environment, it will throw a
  conflict. But it should throw a conflict only if both releases
  contain the same applications associated to the application
  targets mapped under that release environment. In 6.1.2.2
  conflicts would then be unnecessary displayed when releases
  don't even contain the same applications.
