• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Event x'00' record has incomplete tracing status
  2. PING request was being incorrectly marked as routed
  
  Summary of changes:
  1. Add missing tracing flag to the x'00' event record
  2. PING requests are identified earlier by the exit router
  
  User action:
     Apply the PTF and restart IMS Connect.
