Can not access to TM1 Applications Portal

Troubleshooting


Problem

I could not access to TM1 Applications Portal after enter account and password.

Symptom

Since upgrade from TM1 9.5.2 to Planning Analytics Local, even same setting of Internet Explore 11 but could not access to TM1 Application portal screen while Chrome can.

Resolving The Problem

Customer using "Compatibility Mode" of Internet Explore.

"Compatibility Mode" is no longer needed for recent TM1 products.
