Error description
This APAR provides new control statement COMPAUTH to call compression exit in supervisor state. This alleviates performance degradation when using an encryption exit provided by InfoSphere Guardium Data Encryption for DB2 and IMS Databases as an IMS Segment Edit/Compression exit routine.
