IBM Security Guardium: 3D Activity Visualization feature does not work in Internet Explorer

Problem

3D Activity Visualization feature does not work in Internet Explorer for IBm Security Guardium when you do this: 1.- In the Investigation Dashboard from the Graphical User Interface (GUI), click: Add Chart > Data in-sight chart. 2.- Select the parameters required and generate chart by clicking on multicoloured icon (Topology view). 3.- Result: Data In-Sight chart does not populate Client IP / Database Activity

Symptom

3D Activity Visualization charts does not display in Internet Explorer.

Cause

3D Activity Visualization charts depend on a feature not available in Internet Explorer.

Resolving The Problem

Because of dependencies on a feature not available in Internet Explorer, you must use Firefox or Chrome in order to display the 3D Activity Visualization charts.
