Troubleshooting
Problem
In Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel and TM1 Web, clicking an Action Button to open another worksheet results in a worksheet that contains no data.
Cause
The problem occurs when both of the following conditions are true:
- an Action Button is configured to open a target worksheet whose name includes GB 18030 characters
- the target worksheet contains a dynamic report
Resolving The Problem
To resolve this issue, rename the target worksheet using non-GB 18030 characters, then modify the Action Button properties to open the renamed worksheet.
