Error description

• WebSphere Grid endpoint is not able to run an OSGi batch job.
  
  The CWLRB3110E message is output to the log:
  
  CWLRB3110E: Job SampleJob.000001 could not be dispatched.
  Application is not deployed in the Grid Execution Environment.

Problem conclusion

• The OSGi feature initialization algorithm was fixed to
  recognize the batch OSGi feature.
  
  APAR PI50016 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.9 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
