Troubleshooting
Problem
When adding IBM Rational DOORS as a data source, if "Rootservices URL" option is chosen, IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE) is unable to determine the type of Tracked Resource Set (TRS) and thus fails with the message "CRLQE0817E Empty value for key type".
Symptom
If the "Rootservices URL" option is chosen when adding DOORS as a data source, Jazz Reporting Service Lifecycle Query Engine is unable to determine the type of Tracked Resource Set and fails with the message:
CRLQE0817E Empty value for key type
Cause
This is a known defect PI80428
Resolving The Problem
The Workaround is to add the data source using the "Manual URL" option.
