After upgrading to Cognos Analytics 11 when trying to edit a report we get the error: The server returned an unrecognizable load response

Problem

We upgraded from IBM Cognos BI 10 to Cognos Analytics 11. We migrated a report from the DEV Cognos Analytics server to the PROD server. We get this error when trying to edit the report: The server returned an unrecognizable load response for report "storeID("i22B7DD013E3A42068A34F7B214FB3CE8")". But we can successfully run the report in PROD but cannot edit it.

Resolving The Problem

Checked the IIS settings and the settings had changed since upgrading to Cognos Analytics 11. The timeout parameter was set at 30 secs and it should be set to 120 secs.
