Problem
A service request cannot be saved after you have applied the security group template for service request.
Resolving The Problem
To create and save a service request, you must grant insert privileges for the MXAPISR object structure that is in the security group template for the service request.
- In the Security Groups application, open the security group for the service request.
- On the Object Structures tab, select the MXAPISR object structure.
- Select the Grant Access check box for the insert MXAPISR option.
- Save your changes
