Question
How to change the environment type from non-production to production to comply with the licensing?
Cause
As a Cognos Analytics administrator, you can change between non-production and production environments using the Manage component.
Note: You do not need to reinstall Cognos Analytics.
Answer
Steps:
1) Log in as an Administrator
2) Navigate to Manage > Licenses
3) Select the environment type
4) Click Save.
