Why are the right click options not working?

Answer

When in the Graphical Assignment application, on the Gantt View tab, we have the ability to use a right click option.

When we use the right click option, you will see these options.

When trying to use one of the available options presented, nothing happens. We click on one the options, but Maximo does not respond. This can be caused by multiple .gson jar files of various levels listed in the Maximo directory, we should only have 1 present.

To confirm how many .gson files we have, search the Maximo directory, is more than listed? Here is an example of what it should not look like.




Notice that there are 2 different jar file versions listed, there should only be 1 listed, the 2.2.4 version, the 1.3 versions needs to be removed. To remove it, search the Maximo folder, any entries found for the 1.3 jar, delete them. Once deleted, rebuild the Maximo ear file and this should correct the issue.
