How to modify Properties for the CSV Output Format in Cognos Analytics 11
Answer
1. Click on "Manage"
2. Select the "Administration Console" from the menu.
3. On the "Configuration" tab, click "Dispatcher and Services"
4. Click on your Dispatcher(s) entry to see the available services
5. Click on "More" link on the required service: ReportService and/ or BatchReportService
6. Click "Set properties" link, then go to "Settings" tab.
7. Next to Environment, Advanced Settings, click Edit.
8. Enter parameter and value for RSVP.CSV.DELIMITER , as required.
10. Click OK.
