Problem
Unable to run IBM Rational Rhapsody on a remote system.
Symptom
We have Rhapsody installed on a remote PC. When we attempt to launch Rhapsody on the remote PC the following message is returned:
All license files searched for features:
<ServerName>
<ServerName>
Cause
Remote PC configuration is not a supported environment.
Resolving The Problem
Using a remote PC is not a supported configuration. This is because multiple users can log onto a remote system, but only a single license would be consumed.
