HC75997: INSTALL: GSD IS NOT WORKING THOUGH THE LICENSE IS AVAILABLE AS ADD-ON PRODUCT TO DP2

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• The customer has concurent licenses of 3xDP2+GSD and 1xHD2
  installed on NT LUM 4.5.9. (GSD is add-on to DP2.)
  On each NT workstation he installed DP2+HD2+GSD code.
  When he starts CATIA and select the license "DP2+GSD! he cannot
  work with GSD product though he could:
  Scenario:
  1. Start CATIA V5
  2. Click on Start
  3. Select Generative Shape Design - new Part window is
  opened       but on the right panel is no one icon available.
  
  Clarifications:
  1.  The problem occurs with V5 R5 GA and with SP1 and SP2.
  2.  The problem did not occur with V5 R4.
  
  
  He also has 1 license of HD2, which contains GSD as mentioned
  above.
  If he starts CATIA he gets licenses for DP2 and HD2.
  If he then releases the license for HD2 he can no longer use
  GSD.  So it seems that releasing HD2 also releases all licenses
  for GSD, even though they are part of DP2.
  
  Rqm : The GSD workbench does not work either if GSD
   and DP2 licence are orderd separatly
