What shall I do when no schedule jobs are running in the guardium appliance?

Question & Answer

Question

What shall I do? None of my scheduled audits are running as scheduled, nor archive, nor anything else. Before all jobs did run ok.

Answer

Try this.

In cli run these four commands:

support clean servlets
restart GUI
support check tables
support check tables

After that check if process have started to run again.

To explain further

The first two commands "support clean servlets" and "restart GUI" will fix potential problems with the internal webserver of Guardium that actually is running audits etc.

The last two commands is of course same command run twice. This command check tables in internal db of guardium. Some tables that is used to schedule jobs can get corrupted and this command can fix some kind of corruption of these tables.

If this didn't help then I recommend you contact support.
