Problem
You are registering a collector with the Central Manager and you get an error: "Error: Unit returned: URLDecoder:Incomplete trailing escape (%) pattern"
Cause
Shared secret contains a percent sign (%).
Resolving The Problem
Change the shared secret to remove the % character. The registration will now complete successfully.
