How to generate Putaway tasks when same Item is received having multiple receipts at the same Receiving location in IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite?
Cause
The receipt number is blanked out. when you receive multiple Items with different receipts as loose inventory in a single location.
Answer
To resolve:
- Receive inventory in LPN, where the receipt number is maintained.
OR
- Avoid receiving multiple receipts in a single location and disable the configuration which allows mixing of receipts.
