Troubleshooting
Problem
I am trying to upload the "SFG Analytics Widgets" that I located on the IBM developerWorks® site. There is a tutorial that walks through importing the widgets made available for SFG, when I click on the Configuration tab on the IBM Cognos Administration screen all I see is "Working".
Cause
Cognos 10.2.1 is only supports IE11 in compatibility mode.
Resolving The Problem
Set IE11 to use compatibility mode
