Problem
Attempts to perform Load Management leads to the error script execution failed in IBM Sterling Order Management.
Symptom
The complete error message received is CCL_ASSERT_NAMED(false, "BIServerConnectorImpl::GetPassport() can't logon with storeID");'. PWOne pwexec.cpp main.
Cause
Authentication is not successful and Allow anonymous access is set to False in the cognos configurator
Resolving The Problem
To resolve, In the Cognos Configurator, set Allow anonymous access to True until you perform Load Management.
Once Load Management and the changes are completed you are required to set this security configuration to False.
