Can the getCompleteOrderDetails API be used by the customers who do not have COM installed?
Answer
getSalesOrderDetails API is deprecated and Javadocs states that getCompleteOrderDetails API should be used instead.
Kindly note that while getCompleteOrderDetails API is from COM-Addin, the API can be used without COM installation. This is because COM Addin is part of the out-of-the-box Foundation version 9.4.
