Exceptions in YFS_INBOX table are not expiring after set number of expiration days

Troubleshooting

Problem

Exceptions in YFS_INBOX are not expiring even though expiration date has passed.

Diagnosing The Problem

Exception Type is set to expire in 14 days. Exception is created on March 04. On March 20, exception is still in status "OPEN" in YFS_INBOX table instead of being in status "CLOSED".

Resolving The Problem

Run Inbox Purge agent to close the exceptions in YFS_INBOX table. Inbox Purge will purge alerts in status "CLOSED" when these records are lying in the database for a period equal to the retention days i.e. how typically any purge works.

In addition to purging, Inbox Purge will also close all alerts which are open, active and the expiration days is set for them (and it is not 0) and these records haven't been modified for a period equal to the number of expiration days.
