Why can't I add an object in a module after sorting a column in IBM Rational DOORS?
Answer
If you open any formal module and insert a column (for example "Absolute Number") and then sort, the insert object options (same level or child) are disabled.
That is expected behavior.
This is to prevent creation of new objects that actually may not be anywhere near the one that is currently selected when the sort is removed.
