Question
What can you use to record videos to share with others including IBM Rhapsody Technical Support.?
Cause
The conventional FBR recording feature was deprecated in Rational Rhapsody v8.1.4 but only for Non-English Edition currently. The same feature will be removed from English Edition in future. Due to this change you no longer find [Generate Support Request] option located under the Help menu.

You can use another cross-platform, Java-based screen recording tool to share with others including IBM Rhapsody Technical Support. This tool can be downloaded from the link below.
