To optimize the performance of database queries that search a class property, create an index for the property in the object store database.
Answer
Steps to create simple and composite database indexes for class properties.
1. Login to the Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) tool
2. Navigate down to <object_store> / Data Design / Classes / <chosen_class>
3. Click on the <chosen_class> and click on the Actions button.
4. Click on Open Table Definition
5. Change to the Indexes tab.
6. Click on the Add button and specify the name, columns and sort order for the index you want to create.
7. Click Ok
