  Document link trouble.

  Restriction Explanation:
  File localization confusion due to "Linked Document
  Localization" option. With provided CATSettings,
  the option "Tools / Options / General / Document /
  Linked Document Localization" is at first set
  to "Folder of the pointing Docuement".
  Part1.CATPart exists in two folders (folder
  of the link and folder of the pointing document).
  A Warning message after Replace operation
  informs users the localization confusion.

  By-Pass:
  Rename file or change "Linked Docuement
  Localization" option. Also if scenario is run with
  clearing all CATSettings and setting cache On only,
  the problem is not reproducible.
