Question & Answer
Question
Why is my STAP not failing over successfully to the secondary collector?
Cause
Possible misconfiguration in S-TAP Certification under Local Taps section.
Answer
From Administration Console->Local Taps->S-TAP Certification
If the 'S-TAP Approval Needed' box is checked, the Client Host dialog box must be used to define any STAP connections as being allowed to register to a collector.
If you are not using this feature, leave this box unchecked.
