Troubleshooting
Problem
Edge Caching Proxy(Edge CP) is a 32-bit program on Windows, but can be installed in 32-bit/64-bit Installation Manager(IM). If Edge CP 8.0 or 8.5 is installed in 64-bit IM, it will fail to start either as a Windows service, or by manual start of ibmproxy.exe.
Symptom
Manually starting ibmproxy.exe will fail, and user will be prompted a window of error like below
Message catalog error: the message catalog could not be loaded or is invalid.
Resolving The Problem
Install Edge CP 8.0 or 8.5 in 32-bit IM
