  0.Start CATIA.
  1.Open the attached CATPart.
  2.Select Tools Publication command.
  3.In Options activate the Always Rename the
  Element field.
  4.Select Import in the Publication definition window.
  5.Select the attached txt file.
  6.Select TMP1 in the Publication definition window
  and then select Point.1 in the tree.
  -Please note that the name of the Point.1 feature is
  not changed to TMP.1
  .
  This is the problem.
