Error description
The new system catalog tables needed for external table support sysexternal sysextdfiles sysextcols are created in root dbspace. It should be created in the dbspace where the the database resides. Tested upgrade from 11.10.FC3 and 11.50.FC4 to 11.50.FC6 on AIX.

Problem conclusion
Problem first fixed in 11.50.XC7 New behavior: Going forward, when upgrading to 11.50XC7, the system catalog tables related to external tables will be created in the same dbspace where the database resides.
