Error description
You attempt to turn on encryption using ENCCSM. However. the process takes much longer than expected because the syntax required in the concsm.cfg file is detailed and specific. You need an example concsm.cfg as concsm.cfg.txt in $INFORMIXDIR/etc. Suggested contents: ENCCSM("<$INFORMIXDIR>/lib/csm/iencs11a.so", "cipher[all], mac[levels:<high>,files:<builtin>], switch[cipher:120,key:20]")
