  1. Start CATIA R20SP4 (or R20SP2 up)   (GSD workbench)
  2. Create new CATPart. Put 1 volume in this Part and a Geometric
   Set.
  3. Sel Insert/Instantiate From Document..
   --> File Selection panel is displayed
   --> Select CATPart.
   --> Insert object panel is displayed
   ==> Error is displayed  << THIS IS PROBLEM >>
   That error says :
   >This element cannot be instantiated
   >Assertion failed:AssertionFailed:iPos > 0 && iPos <= _Size in
