Problem
Baseline generation should not be run on an aggregator. The functionality exists in version 9 and earlier but will be disabled in newer versions.
Diagnosing The Problem
In the appliance help it is implied that baselines can be generated on an aggregator.
"A baseline built on an aggregator will be built from the data currently available on the aggregator, which typically will have been sent from multiple collectors over a period of time."
This is correct, however, you are very likely to see status "2" and "Error retrieving SQL" in GUI->Tools->Baseline Builder. For example:
Resolving The Problem
You should not create baselines on the aggregator. Instead create a baseline on each collector individually.
