Error description
Unable to use Delta download in Anywhere applications. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1 Login to Maximo (Desktop) and create a Saved query in Work Order Tracking application. For example, 'My Work Orders' query 2.Go to the Integration module and select Anywhere Administration application 3. Go to Lookup Data tab. Go to the additionalasset resource. select a query base ID to limit the number of assets e.g. select 'getMyAssets' query that returns at least 14000 assets 4. Login to the Work Execution application on mobile device. Work List displays the work orders for the saved query e.g. 'My Work Orders' 5. Go to the Overflow menu on top right hand corner of the screen and select "Settings" 6. Tap "Refresh Lookup Data" 7. Get a prompt "Click Changes to download only lookup data changes. Click All to download all the lookup data. Click Cancel to cancel the lookup download. Which Refresh do you want to perform? When running in a browser, a maximum of 20 records are downloaded per lookup" 8. Click the "All" button and wait for all the lookup data to be downloaded. It takes a long time when downloading asset resource due to the number of assets to be downloaded. 9. Tap "Refresh Lookup Data" again. Tap "Changes" button on the prompt: "Click Changes to download only lookup data changes. Click All to download all the lookup data. Click Cancel to cancel the lookup download. Which Refresh do you want to perform? When running in a browser, a maximum of 20 records are downloaded per lookup" 10. The system downloads all the lookup data again. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: Full lookup download even when the "Changes" button has been selected EXPECTED RESULT: Delta download when the "Changes" button has been selected Additional info: The OSLC query contains a "Lastfetchts" value which is the rowstamp of the last value downloaded to the device from Maximo. This is used to determine what if the system should download delta is on the next synchronization. For example, OSLC URL contains the Lastfetchts value of 370187 &fetchmodedelta=1&lastfetchts=370187 The system would download anything greater than 370187 SQL Server handles row stamps as a hex value rather than an integer. But the query coming from the device is still an integer, which is not found as the value is in hex and forces a full download. PRODUCT VERSION: Maximo 7.6.0.8 Worklight 7.1 Anywhere 7.6.2.1 (no IFIX) SQL Server database SECURITY IMPACT (Y/N): N
