Go To Administration > Calendars Created Calendar: 24HOUR Start Date: 3/1/2018 End Date: 3/31/2018 Select Action > Define/Appy Shifts Shifts Select DAY, EVENING AND NIGHT Click Apply Shift(s) button Click OK Calendar populates with the 24HOURS Go To Assets Created Asset: TESTASSETDF Status: NOT READY Details section Calendar: 24HOURS Location: BPM3100 Save Go To Work Order Tracking Create WO: 1237 Location: BPM3100 Asset: TESTASSETDF Change Status: INPRG Select Action > Report Downtime Start Date: 3/5/18 7:00 PM Hours: first showed :01 after a couple of mins it showed 555:41 as I had not yet entered the end date. End Date: 3/6/18 10:30 AM Hours: changed from 555:41 to 27:30 after a few mins Click OK Go To Assets Asset: 13150 Downtime section Total Downtime: 27:30 which is showing incorrectly Then created another WO: 1264 Location: BPM3100 Asset: TESTASSETDF Change Status: INPRG Select Action > Report Downtime Start Date: 3/13/18 7:00 PM Hours: 00:01 End Date: 3/14/18 10:30 AM Hours: showed 221:04 and then changed to 27:30 after a few mins Go To Assets Asset: TESTASSETDF Downtime section Total Downtime: 55:00 Complete both WO's 1237 and 1264 Checked the Asset: TESTASSETDF Total Downtime: 55:00 Created another WO: 1278 Location: BPM3100 Asset: TESTASSETDF Change Status: INPRG Select Action > Report Downtime Start Date: 3/15/18 7:00 PM Hours: 0:01 then changes to 125.12 End Date: 3/16/18 10:30 AM Hours: 125:12 after about 4 seconds later it shows 15:30 Go To Assets Asset: 13150 Downtime section Total Downtime: 70:30
