Email listener processes and creates SR, but the attachments are no where to be found. Problem seemed specific to customer email system turning disposition to all caps Steps to recreate: 1. Set up email listener to for use with LSNRBP workflow process. 2. Send email with an attachment to to be processes by EMail Listener. 3. SR is created, with no attachment. This is due to specific case where customer's email system is returning disposition in all caps.
