Error description
When using the VP_MEMORY_CACHE_KB feature, there appears to be more strict restrictions around when memory is freed back to a pool, if that memory can then be drained from the pool (and either be returned to the vp cache or back to the global free memory block list). This can lead to pools that have much larger total sizes than used sizes (so you could see large sizes for a pools total size, but you also see only a small portion of the memory in that pool is used, which means it has a large amount of free memory in the pool, which could possibly be drained from the pool and given back to the rest of the instance).
