Error description

• The error "ANS0216E The dataBlk bufferLen value is zero." might
  be seen on a RESTORE VM when the testflag VMRESTORE_INCVMDKSIZE
  introduced with APAR IC84544 is used to restore incremental
  forever backups and the VMDK size of the VM guest has a problem
  as described in VMware Knowledge Base article 2031758
