IC97164: PREPARED STATEMENT OF TABLE WITH BLOB COLUMNS CAN FAIL WITH ERROR -710 EVEN WITH AUTO_REPREPARE ENABLED

Error description

• Consider you have a table tab1 with blobs (TEXT or BYTE) and
  prepare for example an insert statement on this table.
  
  You may receive an error -710 "Table <table-name> has been
  dropped, altered, or renamed." even when AUTO_REPREPARE is
  enabled upon repeated execution of this prepared statement.
  
  This can happen when after the prepare of the statement a
  temporary table is created via SELECT ... INTO from the table
  tab1, an index is created on this temporary table and an UPDATE
  STATISTICS on the table tab1 is done.
