When a boolean or int element is not set the SDO code will create an empty object in it's place. This makes checking if the element is set or not difficult.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users of Business Process Manager v8 who wish to use Xpath expressions with Service Message Objects **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: The SDO API does not return a null value when an element does not exist. This can appear to certain Xpath expressions as if the element is actually set.
Problem conclusion
The code was modified to allow the SDO code to return a null for an empty object. This fix requires JR47929 to also be installed and a related Java property to be set. More details of this property can be found with JR47929 The code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix packs: 8.0.1 Fix Pack 3 (v8.0.1.3)
